When you submit a request you get a ticket number and a private link. Use them on the "Track a request" page to see replies and the current status.

Yes. Self nominations are welcome. You can also nominate a colleague.

After you pay, fill the donation form with your payment reference. Once our team confirms the payment, your receipt becomes available to download.

It is a card for members of Shikshak Kalyaan Foundation. It lets the member, their spouse and their dependents get treatment at CGHS rates at hospitals empanelled with the foundation.

CGHS means Central Government Health Scheme. The central government fixes rates for consultations, tests, procedures and hospital stays under this scheme. These rates are much lower than normal private hospital charges.

The member, their husband or wife, and up to 4 dependents such as children and parents. All of them are printed on the card.

No. You pay the hospital directly for your treatment, but at CGHS rates. Keep your own health insurance if you have one.

Show your Family Medical Card and the Aadhaar card of the patient at the hospital help desk before treatment. The hospital checks your card online by scanning the QR code.
