A National Platform for Teachers’ Rights & Growth
Shikshak Kalyan is a national initiative dedicated to creating a harmonious and healthy environment for both government and non-government teachers. Our mission is to minimize exploitation at every level by safeguarding teachers’ rights and providing them with a strong national platform for open expression, collective welfare, and professional growth.
To achieve this, we regularly organize workshops, seminars, and training programs focused on skill development, subject specialization, and professional excellence—especially for educators and employees in the private education sector.
